Colors and mastheads

Removed bright colors on this page - there enough of them left from the photos. Started to revamp Art page yet again. Layout will stay as it is but all images will be replaced. The new masthead(s) are all there and rotating well. Now I need to get some good image gallery for 12 templates and something for the list of brushes.
